Back in May, justiNYC had a few renderings of buildings that would soon to grace the corner of North 10th and Berry in Williamsburg (and a bit of graffiti archaeology that once graced the walls of the former building that sat there). Today, Curbed showed us the latest update on 55 Berry's bosom buddy- AKA 125 North 10th Street. I wonder what kind of schemes they have cooked up to sell/rent these beeotches.
It sure would have been nice if someone would have put some effort towards saving this art:
justiNYC had to break into the site after the break down in order to steal a brick. Its amazing, the lengths to which this rezoning has forced some of us to go to.
