Gotta love the RAW truth. In case you're interested, "la citta e brutta" when translated to english (from Italian) means "City and the Ugly." Devilwood Projects seems to agree.

"La Citta e brutta" means "The City IS ugly"--not "The City and the Ugly." The accent over the "e," which is visible in Wolfman's wheatpasting, differentiates "e" (unaccented, meaning "and") from the third person of the verb "essere" which means "to be."
