Seems like just yesterday those buildings along the water [formerly Greenpoint Terminal Market] were a blazin.' Yet today on Curbed, we see plans renderings for a few brand new space elevators. Thanks Karl Fischer! We can all sleep in Greenpoint knowing that your pen is on fire.
