We have started putting together a collaborative magazine for our nonprofit initiative, Home Free Organization. This will be an ongoin project and collaboration is encouraged. To get things off and running, I started the first issue which can be found and contributed to here on Openzine.
Participants and members of other nonprofit organizations, especially those dealing with similar causes related to assisting the urban homeless are welcome to add content to the magazine and submit ideas and articles for Issue #2. After publishing this small issue last night, we had over 200 views within just one hour of publishing. That's somewhat promising on this end as it lets us know that people are paying attention and are supportive of what we are trying to do. As a new nonprofit, this means the world!
